Dan Shepherd and Eric Gotfrid, All Aspects Realty, LLC real estate agents and owners of Shepherd Gotfrid Group, specialize in supporting buyers and sellers through every phase of their real estate transaction. “We strive to give our clients the personal touch that buyers and sellers deserve,” Eric said. “We combine our unique skills on every transaction from start to finish to help our clients reach the goals they have set.”
Dan and Eric met during an open house at a Montessori preschool where both of their sons attended. This happenstance meeting turned into a long lasting friendship that has brought them together as business partners working toward the same goal of assisting buyers and sellers through the challenging process of home ownership, and developing many new and long lasting friendships with those they have the pleasure to help.
Dan was raised by a mother who is a very savvy real estate investor, and he was often involved from a young age in the decision-making process of purchasing properties. He went on to become a personal real estate investor, owning and managing many rentals where he fine-tuned his building, construction and management skills. During this time Dan gained invaluable experience negotiating with buyers and sellers, securing financing, evaluating property condition and managing deals through closing. In addition, Dan became a licensed contractor for a number of years specializing in kitchen and bath remodels, a skill that has been unbelievably beneficial to both buyers and sellers in his real estate business.
Eric has been a hard working business owner most of his life. He has created and managed successful businesses in the internet and computer world for more than 25 years. The marketing, internet and management skills he has gained from these endeavors has given Eric the skills needed to guide his clients through the stressful and exciting process of buying or selling a home.
“Prior to showing or marketing homes, we take care to understand each individual’s specific needs, concerns and goals, and create a plan that suits their particular situation,” Eric continued. “Each transaction is unique as is each buyer and seller, so taking the time to understand and adapt helps build a relationship that will endure.”
Changing market conditions require a new approach from sellers and buyers alike. Dan and Eric have established programs to maximize value and exposure for sellers through an established network of professionals from photographers, handymen and contractors to home stagers and internet marketing specialists. “Buyers can expect plenty of guidance from beginning to end including education on financing options, what type of home do they really need, how to evaluate a home’s condition and negotiate needed repairs or improvements, and how to successfully get the keys to their new home!”
Their clients know them for being proactive and communicating clearly, and for their honest approach in all aspects of every transaction to protect both buyers and sellers with one of the biggest investments one will make. “As homeowners ourselves, we do not take our clients’ investments lightly,” Dan said. “We strive to ensure that sellers obtain maximum value for their home in the shortest period of time on the market. This is accomplished through a thorough property valuation process and market analysis program.”
Buyers can expect Dan and Eric to help them avoid the pitfalls of home buying and to make this difficult process as stress-free as possible. They look at every transaction as if they are selling or buying themselves so they can be the best advocate for their clients.
“We love to work with first-time home buyers because we love the energy and excitement they bring to the table. With our intimate knowledge of potential risks and challenges involved in buying a home, we are able to guide buyers at every step of a transaction to assure best results. Buying a home is the single largest investment most of us ever make, so it should be sound.”
If you have been thinking about buying or selling a home, call, text or email Dan and Eric for help. If you think you might make a move in the future and want help establishing a plan for a specific goal, they would be glad to meet with you.
